OUR MISSION
The mission of CELADON TENANTS UNION is to build awareness about management and housing issues at Celadon at 9th & Broadway, and to promote tenants’ rights for safe, livable, affordable housing.

All apartments at Celadon at 9th & Broadway are 100% non-smoking. Residents and their guests must not smoke in any part of the apartment or common areas, except for the Designated Smoking Areas.

Become a Founding Member of Celadon Tenants Union!
Celadon Tenants Union is just starting up, and we're looking for tenants who will work together as Founding Members to actively support our Mission.
All Celadon at 9th & Broadway tenants are welcome to join Celadon Tenants Union.
Celadon Tenant Union membership is not open to Celadon owners or management or those who are associated with law enforcement who are persons in a position to deprive Celadon tenants of their housing rights.
